HOW TO GET A JAPANESE VISA (without a Guarantor) So you're planning to go to Japan and you're fretting because you have read some articles about denied visas especially for this type of visa and for first-time travellers. I was in the same boat before I wrote this article. Tons of articles about Japanese Visa were read and I still couldn't get that reassuring feeling that I can definitely get an approved visa. Frankly, I took the risk of applying for this type of visa with a prepared mind and heart before I made this decision. I actually decided to apply for a Japanese visa because of one important reason--- I didn't want to give up in the name of love (my main reason for applying) and then, I wanted to know how it feels like to be denied of something you really desire for a long time. Masochist eh? :D I had already thought of the endless possibilities of being rejected and I had actually decided the title of the article I would use to write about denied Japa

Blue Wave Inn Resort (Siquijor) Front view of the resort from the beach As I mentioned in my previous article about my Siquijor escapade , my boyfriend and I stayed in this resort for 2 days. From Siquijor Port, you will be swarmed with tricycle and motorbike drivers as you step out of the port. Some may even offer you about a motor rental. Our tricycle driver at that time was also the one who persuaded us to rent the motorbike we used in gallivanting the mystique island Siquijor. Personally, I find the fare from the port to the resort pricey. It costs us P300 to the Blue Wave Inn! Nonetheless, I just tried to enjoy the scenery on the way to the resort. The Blue Wave Inn Resort is situated in a quite cloistered area from the main road of Siquijor. https://www.bedroomvillas.com/property/blue-wave-inn/BC-1660800 When we arrived there, we were greeted by three cute dogs! (heart eyes) Their check-in time is 2:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 NN. In the recep

AMIHAN BEACH RESORT CABANAS (Bantayan Island) Bantayan Island is one of the islands in Cebu blessed with breathtaking beaches with fine white sand. Palm tree and the sea (credits: Y.M.) It was our first monthsary so we decided to celebrate it in Bantayan. We took the bus via Hagnaya at the North Bus Terminal which is scheduled to leave at 10 in the morning. Despite the 4 to 5 hours journey, we were able to enjoy the refreshing scenery on the way to Hagnaya Port. After approximately 5 hours, we took the ferry from the port to Bantayan Island and enjoyed the sea view for 1 and a half hours. Breathtaking Sunset! (credits: Y.M.) Before the ferry docked, we called the resort since they will pick us up at the port for free. The trip from the Bantayan port to Amihan Resort by tricycle lasted for almost 30 minutes. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by fine white sand and this view: The benches and the dining area facing the beach (credits: Y.M.) The

7 Beautiful Places to Visit in Siquijor and How to Get there (The Mystique Island) Escapade White Sand Beach in Blue Wave Inn Resort (credits: Y.M.) Honestly speaking, I was skeptical to go to Siquijor due to some hearsay regarding the existence of unworldly matters or in layman's term, "supernatural beings and practices." I even asked my best friend about it who is a native of Siquijor, but she just answered me with a shrug! (Thank you, BFF! *rolls eyes*) So, I did my own digging to placate my curiosity and lo and behold, the pictures on the Internet look absolutely stunning! I can't wait to see these touristic attractions through my naked eyes! I immediately told my boyfriend slash travel buddy for our Christmas travel plan and this is where our itchy feet took us. DAY 1: - Since it was Christmas Day, we decided to go to South Bus Terminal as early as 6:00 AM. We took the bus via Dumaguete. SBT to Liloan Duration: 3-4 hours (minus the traffic) Fare:
